The hotel has nicely decorated rooms complete with hair dryers, GOOD facilities and really nice showers. The location is central. If we return to Kaiserslautern would return there.

Varied breakfast with a great selection of food. The rooms functional, contemporary with nice patio, a tub.

The room was tastefully decorated with urban design and coffee, for example, had a good night's sleep. The location seemed excellent right in the center of Kaiseslautern. Broiler bar Barcode was located 5 minutes walk away.

Location adjacent to the town center as well as restaurants. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Extrablatt nearby.

It has new facilities and marvellous location near to the Christmas markets when in the right season too.

The shower in my room was fantastic with a waterfall type shower head. I had a good stay at Saks Urban Design Hotel.

The glass walls on the shower room is not my style, but ok if traveling alone.

The rooms are interesting although the bathroom does not have a door rather a shower curtain instead. The restaurant is quite good and the restaurant staff are very helpful

The front desk staff were not helpful at all. Happy to take my money but could not accommodate any requests at all including giving general driving directions to a location 10 minutes away. The hotel offers room service but no menu in the room and when I called to the front desk to ask about a menu they said I could come downstairs to the restaurant and get the menu and then call them back with an order. There is no written hotel, services, area or emergency information in the hotel room.

The restaurant was good for all meals, we ordered delicious dishes. The venue was perfectly set in a very very nice area.

The hotel had a great location, right in the middle of the city. It was very convenient to have shops, cafes, and restaurants just a short walk away. Additionally, the hotel offered parking for an affordable price, which was a bonus. The staff at the front desk were friendly and professional, and the hotel had good security measures in place.

The room felt a bit small for the price. While the modern design was nice, it didn't offer much in terms of functionality, especially for business travelers.
